Environment Artist
As an environment artist, Emile focused mainly on creating grass using fur feedback. We started with large areas of grass that where very render heavy. In order to optimize this, Emile created painted values for the baldness attributes in the furfeedbacks. With this system in place we could easily paint away any unnecessary grass that wasn't needed to render. He also created the grass on the golem

Rendering
One of his main tasks in the 3rd and last block of this project, was making files render ready. This involved cleaning up the scenes, check rendersettings and renderpasses, renderlayers, etc.; and render out the frames.

Over the course of the 3 school blocks that we worked on this project he had several small task. These tasks where ranging from sound effects and music, to compiling the concept art to a movie in block 1.
The second block he worked on terrain and researching and building grass. He also animated several shots : 8, 10,1 2, 19 ,22
The third block Emile mostly concentrated on grass and terrain. He also animated shot 19 (scratching of the golems head).
The last 2 weeks Emile mainly prepared shots for rendering and started rendering.
